This Sunday we went to brunch in Brussels at Chyl, the new place to be for healthy lunches & brunches (and bio groceries and a beauty parlourr and B&B). It's airy, light and the food all looked very delicious and what we had was also very yummy. I had the best Nordic style bagel. Going to brunch with two little ladies with an attitude is a bit challenging, especially if the mommies have a lot to talk about, but it went relatively smooth, let alone a few fights over a doggy. I like checking out new places, getting some insights and inspiration and this one's motto is ''Change your lifestyle and then cherish your life''. Oh well, every opportunity to get some inspiration and good food at the same time is a winner! After we went to the first edition of 'KARAVANE' in St-Gilles. For this event, the Brussels communes worked together with various artists on their very own mobile project. Each of them created a caravan or another mobile unit into a cultural laboratory of their local heritage. It turned out to be a very versatile and interesting festival for everybody. Perfect for a sunny Sunday afternoon. After our drive home we stopped by my friend Anne for some Sunday cake and long overdue talks while the kids played and played. It was a very fun day for Olivia and I - this is what 'sundaze' is all about. Happy week!
