The 3L Syndrome Mid Winter Brunch

This Sunday we hosted our second 3L syndrome brunch event - the midwinter edition! We learned so much from the try out first edition and we are very proud of what we did yesterday. In the decoration I went with a wintery theme and some gold for the new year and some food for thought too as you can see below.
 The winter edition menu:
Juice - coffee - ginger and rosemary tea - sparkling wine
Parsnip and celeriac soup with a walnut pistou
Winter salad with endives, radicchio, radish, cranberries, fennel, assorted nuts and shavings of walnut cheese
A Cucumber - Salmon bagel or a Aragula - Coppa bagel with a pimped up cream cheese spread & our signature poached egg
Bread, cold cuts and cheese
Speculaas french toast with a dollop of gingerbread cream
Detox winter fruit salad
Greek yoghurt and homemade chocolate chip granola
Pecan and Apple cake
 We had a full house and there was a very laid back atmosphere, a real lazy Sunday.
