Today was an exciting day for our girl. Back to school! After 2 months of playing at Mammie & Pappie (thanks for that), today it was back to the old routine. She had a little sad moment when I left her, but when I went to get her, her teacher said she did so well today. So very proud parents over here.
I thought it would be nice if I would make her a special -after school- treat to celebrate the first day and to let her know how proud we are. So I made these Nutella brownies (she looooooves chocolate), got her a little present, blew up some balloons and held a milkshake party for her and her favourite stuffed animals.
You should have seen her face when she came in. So worth it!
Nutella brownies are the easiest thing: 200gr of Nutella and 4 eggs is all you need. Combine, pour into a baking paper lined baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes on 180°C.
And eat!
