Weekends - the 2 days - that always come too late and end too early.
So we'll better make the most of them, no? And good food to start the day is one of the key elements to start off our weekend days. Here a few things we ate for breakfast these past few weekends.
A very yummie toast with figs, homegrown tomato, mozzarella, parma ham and a hint of mint.
Very tasty when the sun shines - especially the combination of the ingredients + the mint leaves make this a success.
Green asparagus rolled in omelet and ham: the name says it all
(inspired by Puur Eten, Pascale Naessens)
Easy, beautiful and healthy
Scrambled eggs, smoked salmon & spring onion on sourdough toast
Mushroom on multi-cereal toast with a runny poached egg
Have a good week, my dear readers!
