Once your baby reaches the magical age of 1 year old, there is one question everybody asks you: Is she walking?
Without wanting it, pressure creeps up on you, because everyone will tell you how their baby walked at 9 months and tips on how to do it. And Petti, well Petti, she couldn't care less.
She happily keeps on exploring her world that gets more interesting everyday, one step at a time. But recently she did develop an increased interest for her push toy. So every afternoon we practice our walking, pushing the thing along around the house. And she will get there, at her own pace.
And I don't mind, because she will leave babyhood behind too quickly anyway - and maybe I am the one who is not ready for that.
