It was a perfect evening in Gent
Our little hotspots for a nice afternoon at the beautiful town of Gent
1. Dille & Camille, a kitchen en garden store where I want to buy everything
2. Julie's House, for very nice cheesecake & cupcakes
3. De Vooruit, the Art Centre of Gent with a very nice GrandCafé for apero
4. A walk through the city centre in the evening.

Then we went to my friend's place for a michelin star worthy dinner.
See for yourself:
A cold yellow pepper soup with pistacchio and a bread stick with nice jamon
A mango-cucumber-red pepper- coriander salsa with a very nice scallop
nice table setting
A fresh schrimp bisque - very njam as an entree
Rosé quail with a puree of turnip, green beans and a side of mushrooms and bacon. Topped with a very nice sauce of prunes.
Fig out of the oven, filled with creamy melted Camembert, accompanied by a salsa of nut oil, balsamico vinegar, mustard and honey.
&
Dessert
Millefeuille of blueberries with mascarpone cream.
All of this in great company and a nice home
with 2 big bellies
