A sunset, fresh salads, home made salsa, good quality meat, rosé wine, friends and mushrooms with melted cheese on the grill...
My idea of a perfect summer BBQ evening. Our friends CJ & K invited us over (like almost every Sunday) for a great BBQ dinner last weekend. Just one of those nights that are memorable.
Of course in all my excitement over the food I forgot to take pictures of the meat, but hey - I'm sure you guys know the concept of BBQ. Kristiaan had a few BBQ tricks up his sleeve, I'm sure he has been watching BBQ University!
Also CJ took the best photo in months of our little family!
