Brunch Pop Up Sunday - The Launch

Sunday we hosted the very first event of 3L Syndrome, open to the public! An important journey preceded to this event, in my head, in time, in doubt, in fear, in enthusiasm, in work. Luckily I had the support of a few good people. But I finally feel ready to launch 3L Syndrome as a very small business.
And gosh, I have so many ideas!
But first things first, Sunday we hosted our very first brunch at a beautiful local café in town. It was sold out in no time and I could not be happier about that! We got up really early on Sunday morning to prepare everything fresh and get the place decorated and the tables set. It was so fun to see our ideas come to life. We wanted our guests to feel welcome and enjoy a convivial Sunday with some good, simple food. As a present, for our try out guinea pigs, I made small goodie bags with samples of our homemade granola.
.
The brunch consisted of a carrot-cumin-pumpkin soup, a clementine-goat cheese-walnut and spinach salad, bread and a plate of cold cuts & cheese with homemade confiture d'oignon, a choice of eggs benedict or scrambled eggs with bacon, fluffy pancakes with golden syrup, Greek yoghurt with pear, berries and homemade granola, and a choice of cakes: homemade pear-pecan cake, homemade brownie or a homemade lemon-poppy seed cake, and of course sparkling wine, fresh juice and coffee.

Thank you to everybody who came out and thank you for everybody's encouraging words!
It means the world! And a special thanks to my man, my rock.
