At home we don't often take the time to have an apero during week days, when time is limited and there is always something to do. While on holiday time is a different concept and luckily you can take the time to have a chat while sipping a 'tinto de verano' and having some local olives, cheese and jamon iberico. I love spending some extra quality time with this little family of mine, especially in such a beautiful setting.
