This Sunday we had another brunch, normally my friends were coming, but since Petti had fever this morning, we decided it was better to welcome them another day with their little baby. My parents were kind enough to come help us eat the food. Today we did a bit of a different kind of brunch.
A Mimosa bar - with pomegranate & orange juice and Prosecco
Corn chowder
Bagels with salmon, cream cheese and dill
Frittata with - egg, leek, chorizo, baby spinach and mozzarella
Breakfast Parfait with - raspberries, honey, crunchy muesli and greek yoghurt
Sugar bread, bio multi grain bread & cold cuts and cheese
Latte with marshmallows
