Welcome Home!

After months of waiting this weekend it was finally the big day!
We are living together!
And I made some "yummie welcome home blueberry muffins"

Here is the recipe of these yummie muffins:
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
  2. Combine 190 gr flour, 150 gr cup sugar, 3 gr salt and 9 gr baking powder.  into a 1 cup: add the egg and 80 ml milk. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in 145 gr blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
  3. To Make Crumb Topping: Mix together 100 gr sugar, 40gr flour, 55gr butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix with fork, and sprinkle over muffins before baking.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done. (allrecipes.com)

In the evening we also had a lovely dinner:

Turkey rolls with young spinach mash potatoes
Here the recipe:
Very thin slices of turkey
some half hard cheese
some good ham
Potatoes
garlic & onion
young fresh spinash
Very simple and easy to make:
Place the turkey slices overlapping eachother on some foil.
Brush them with some scented oil (olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, pepper, salt)
Cover the bird with slices of ham & put some slices of cheese in the middle)
And role the whole thing until you have a sausage of foil.
Steam for 10-15 minutes, unroll and cut
For the mash, make normal mash, add the baked onions and garlic and add the spinach right at the end
Bon Appetit!
