In the Gipsy Wagon

This weekend the godmothers went on a girlies weekend to the Netherlands and we stayed in a so called gipsy wagon or in Dutch called a 'pipowagen'. We arrived in our little house for the weekend and everything was so cute. The campground had a trampoline, a slide, a playhouse and rabbits, chickens, a mini pig and pony. Olivia had the best time playing and jumping around. We slept in our little beds and in the morning the best breakfast was waiting for us in front of the door. Good bread, homemade jam, cheeses, coldcuts, eggs and coffee served in a vintage coffee pot, which was kept warm in the cutest bag. We had a chill morning drawing, and sitting on our porch - no teevee and no internet is good for the soul sometimes. After we had lunch at a food truck festival, drank our afternoon tea in a tea garden really off the beaten track and went for a forest walk. In the evening we made s'mores at the camp fire, killed some mosquitos and crawled into bed. Good start of a new tradition! Because 'Meterkes' (godmothers) are important!
