The two cousins are reunited and they are having a lot of fun. We are in the French Basque Country where during the summer, every village celebrates their cultural heritage. We took the girls to the funfair for some old fashioned -good times-. I liked all the vintage stuff, lots of barbe-a-papa in all colours, la pêche aux canards, slides and carousels.
Olivia is talking more and more French as the days pass, because she has the vocabulary in her head and she understands everything, but she never really uses it because she is so used of talking Dutch at home. She follows Lilou's every move and imitates everything she does. It is so cute to observe.
